GRANTS
The Tallinn 2011 foundation is offering both Estonian and foreign organisers of cultural events who are involved in the preparation of projects being submitted for inclusion in the Cultural Capital programme the chance to apply for grants. These grants are being called ‘creative grants’. One of the evaluation criteria for the grants is how reflective projects are of the main idea of Tallinn 2011.
