Trumm-It involves youths who remain outside the focus of the hobby activities of schools and are not engaged in the activities of youth centres, as well as those youths who for economic reasons are not able to participate in hobby groups.

Trumm-It engages both youths from the Russian and Estonian speaking communities, offering a possibility to practice Estonian, Russian, and English, and to find new friends.

Trumm-It initiates a social project with an international cooperation network operating well in Estonia, which enables Estonian cultural activists, social and youth organisations and private companies to be engaged as well.

Trumm-It offers the youth new knowledge about the culture of different countries, new contacts and immediate experience of success.

Trumm-It raises new talented youth leaders and social workers offering them specific international work experience that they can apply in everyday work.
