ISTLLbul, the joint programme of Istanbul 2010 and Tallinn 2011, will present Estonian filmmakers, actors and musicians to an international audience in Istanbul. The series of events will begin with the showing of animated Estonian films at the International Istanbul Film Festival and end with a joint concert in October.
